Vintage Air-king (Purple-blue)?

Say ard 1k ++ to 2k...suppose its just the watch(with no strap) and no box and papers..should be ard 1k.

Saw an Air King date (rare) at Passions at Funan and asked about the price, thinking if it's around $2k, I might pick it up to complete the non-professional series watch collect but my jaws almost dropped when I was told $3.5k and no box or papers!

I guess at some point in time, I should get a Air King......I've seen one overseas in 2 tone. That could be interesting....gold is best.
