I keep the watches in the watch winder and notice that the rolex watch tend to slow 3-5sec/day?
Is it normal, should I bring to RSC to regulate?

            My bad...remember wrongly....COSC standard from 1961 to 1973 is -1 to + 10 per 24 hours in 5 positions....

            From 1973 onwards is -4 +6 per 24 hours...

My lack of coffee mind is getting to me recently!!!

Thanks feilong and pegasi for the info.
So, given that is is -4 +6, so does it mean that one watch will always be one way the '-ve' or '+ve' side only?

I mean if the watch is going slow (-ve), it will continue to behave this way. Or the other way round if goes fast (+ve).

No. The accuracy of a mechanical watch can swing either way during its life time depends on usage and external influence. For example magnetization usually causes a watch to run faster while lack of timely maintenance of movement could result in watch running slower due to lubrication issue.
