Help required before I pull the trigger on a 1603!

I have the opportunity to pick up a 1603 without B&Ps for approx. USD1,250. Do you think it's a good deal?

Any comments for or against are much appreciated...

If it's a datejust you want and you trust the seller that everything is legit, I think it's not a bad price for head and bracelet.

If it's gonna be shipped into singapore, factor in another 8-10% for customs/admin charges.

The watch looks a little polished though, but there's plenty of life left in it and with the strong sing $ I'd buy it if I was on the market for a datejust!
