outside RSC, original trip lock crowns should cost around SG$50 each. tubes are about SG$20 each. i can't remember the price of twin lock crowns but they shouldn't be more expensive than trip lock ones. price excludes stem.

tubes usually cannot be re-used after removal so if they are replacing your tube, it should (almost) always be with a new one.
