help 16800 (matte dial) vs 1675 (circa 1978)

I'll go for 16800.. less productions especially matte dials..
Fair price for both models could be between s$5.5k~s$7.5k from without papers moderate condition to with papers close mint condition..

Generally a vintage 16800 will have a little corrosion in the hands. If they are not badly corroded, I suggest you keep it as it is.
