  • Older GMT models 16700 , 16750 or 16760?

If you had to choose one , which would it be and why?

For those of you who have one or the other, what helped you decide?

All are good. The 16750.....wif plastic crystal....Is considered a True vintage.

the 16760 is rare due to its limited production time.....and of course its thicker case.Good feel on the wrist.

16700 is jus phased out.....and is a future star in the making.

I have owned ...or still own some of these ref.All is good.

Buy wat YOU like. Not wat someone tells you to buy.A seller will always give you a biased opinion as he wants to sell the watch to you.Even I am guilty of that.

    Hope this helps.Peter..

        I like all ... how?

16750 would be my first choice but the prices are a little too high now and its not easy to find a nice one.

eh, since you like all, buy all lor.

unless im mistaken, prices will keep going up, so the longer you wait, the higher the price.

then it is not easy to find one, then wait for the watch to come to you. my sifu taught me that.

I would go for the 16700, A series (last run of 16700). Preferably full set.

Quickset date, luminova dial (no probs with corrosion), and double fliplock bracelet. best!

The prices have all gone nuts. Just 6 months ago a full set was $5.2k

Anyway, I have reserved my own 16700 kit locally w/papers for $5.8k...
which is, if you ask me, already too high.
