can anyone help where i can source a non cyclops dome plexi for my 1675 thanks

You need a ref T38. Not easy to come by (esp in good shape). Your best bet would be ebay, TRF (rolexforums.com) or Vintage Rolex Market (VRM).

As an alternative, if you have a good watchmaker, you can have him remove the cyclops from a regular glass (the cyclops on plexi glasses is just glued on) and then have the remaining glass polished well. You will get the same look.
