yeap, i wipe my with my spec cloth.
don't wear it everyday as the waterproofing is gone and no parts avail.
Its a 6609...dated back to 1946-1947.
I remember scratching my Seiko Diver 200m while working on an industrial crane, also getting its bracelet caught against metal protrusions. Really depends on your kind of work.

I used my spec cloth to clean after every wear too. But sometimes, it may get too sticky. So i always try to wash it using soapy solution after some time. i will try to wash it asap and dry it with a hair dryer after that...
