Newbie with a 1501

I'm the newbie who posted the 1501 vintage for sale, would like to seek honest opinions on the watch from all the pros here. Apart from the price though

I wanted a blue or black dial, but my dealer got this for me but i bought it still because of the butterfly movement.

Butterfly Movement has that Rolex logo on the rotor. Thats what i was told. looked unique.

hmm belly classical..

but then is it the angle of the photo?

the rolex crown on the dial looks a bit slanted and the cyclops also look off centre

think its the angle. the crown is pointed inverted V. Now that i have this, i've been neglecting my 6694 for a while..

1601 is cool.... very vintage feel when worn.. are you using the thin or the thick band? I traded my 1601 for 16014. when i first got my ss 1601 silver dial in original con, i tot it looked new.. untill i saw the 16014..
