    Hi,
    Sounds like you have a worn out screw-thread on the stem ( if the crown falls off ) or a worn out screw thread on the tube ( if the crown cannot be securely screwed down ). Either problems need to be quickly sorted out or moisture will get into the movement.

      This is quite serious problem. Change the tube (and or crown) fast. Else moisture gets in, your dial and hands will deteriorate faster than you can imagine. Movement is secondary important as 15xx series calibre are common and can be easily replaced without costing an arm or leg.
