completely agreed with your comments especially the relumed and AM parts being cleared by RSC.

It may just be me, but I would not entrust RSC to provide an accurate authentication of vintage, be it rolex or tudor. There are stipulated dimensions they measure for everything (case, crystal, bezel, crown, bracelet, dial and hands) with very tight tolerances, but these will only be done if they have any reason to doubt authenticity. When you give them a vintage rolex/tudor for authentication, expect to have tiny toolmarks around the lugholes and underneath the lugs, where they use sharp calipers to make measurements. Sadly, even then they are still not 100% correct. Refinished dials and relumed hands and aftermarket inserts have passed through RSC Singapore before, and the authenticity receipt gives zero description of any part that may not be original/authentic.

IMO, you are better off with doing research and comparing visually with known examples of the genuine blue snowflake then sending to RSC. Or go with a trusted watchmaker who can open up the case and provide opinion based on servicing hundreds of these watches if it is indeed authentic.

Yes being a long time cigar smoker and having been to Cuba, i am a "fan" of Fidel Castro.
I have a Tshirt of him smoking a cigar and wearing his submariner.

Che Guevara who was also Fidel's revolution buddy also sports a Submariner and gmt master which was taken by CIA agent upon killing Che.

Even Chairman Mao was said to hve been wearing a gold Rolex gifted by the Swiss co.

Sorry but the dial is already mounted on the watch. My friend and watch technician says it is orginal and I don't recall seeing a Singer mark on it. Here is the end result.
