Enquiries For Vintage TT Blue Sub with Nipple Dial

Has anyone ever came across a Vintage TT Blue Sub with Nipple Dial ?
i saw a pic on the net with following features:
1) Golden Crown on the dial
2) Nipple / Eyes of Tiger Dial
3) Slight Purplish dial

I find it very unique & toxicated !
I wonder what price it cost ? Cuz i nvr across any posting in ROC.

I think it very unique.
As for the model # I gave a guess, which I believe I m wrong.

Definitely not 16613 as they don't come with nipple dial. 16803 is controversial if come with 1000ft dial. In this case all 3 are franken as the depth rating are 660ft=200m, these dial are for 1680/8
