Nice pic. That is enough to keep the DSSD on my wish list.

Have not regretted trading my GMT2 for a 44mm yet since she did not have much wrist time on me.

Please let me know what you think.

Some said too big and heavy; too tight its uncomfortable, too loose it slips too much becoz of weight
Some said the case is out of proportion with the bracelet and look ugly
Some will always stick to the submariner
Some liked the weight of the steel-> value for money
      Some like the helium valve
      etc

      what say you?
      Just buy it.....

Rated to 3900m.... will got to 4700m no worries..... try that with your Breitling Seawolfs.... hahhaa

Thanks for the bit of info. My sentiments echo yours. Having donned the Deepsea, I can't see the appeal of the Daytona anymore. Different strokes for different folks, of course!

ADs will ask for a premium for ss daytona though - so daytona though currently retail lower than dssd, are always sold at higher prices new - not sure why people are still willing to pay above retail price for ss daytona

I have a DSSD, my 2nd one actually cos I sold the first one for another watch then a few months later, I got another DSSD and it has been with me ever since. I love the size and heft of the watch, makes it feel very solid. Other watches have come and gone but still the DSSD is still with me and I do not foresee selling it in the future as well.

Watches, like many other things are very subjective and beauty is in the eyes of the beholder so your thread will have many varied answers or viewpoints.

A recent pic of my DSSD. Beautiful isn't it? lol

it gives a brand new definition to 'wrist presence' - its never meant for wimps or skinny-wrists, anyways
wimps really? didn't know DSSD owners are more manly than others. I should perhaps re-look into my watches I currently own

Haha.. I think you already have an awesome collection, don't need another dssd to make it more impressive or to make you look more "manly". Lol..

Thanks and yes I agree the DSSD is beautiful. I do understand your love for the DSSD but I think the comment that the comment that its not for wimps and skinny wrists might come across as pretty harsh and offensive to others, maybe you could tone down your choice of words ya

We are here because we all love watches, so lets be nice and friendly to each other ya
