  • How to Value a Sub?

want to buy a used Roc, but do not know how to value them for what they are... are they valued according to the following order of merit?

    1. rarity, as in whether they are EOL and therefore no longer available
    2. the model, as in that certain models are perceived as being more sought after as some others
    3. age and condition of the piece
    4. warranty status
    5. accessories - links, papers, box etc

    thanks

assuming watch is 100% authentic, price vary according to the following
    1. model
    2. age
    3. condition
    4. availability of accessories and papers (including warranty paper, manual, boxes, bezel protector, watch stickers, tags, cloth, etc etc)

For 1 and 2, need to do comparative market pricing research from dealers or online markets eg chrono24 to get an indicative feel of the valuation.

There is no formula for price valuation. Purely depends on demand and supply, and of course the individual
