I am considering purchasing a Rolex Watch and am still at a loss at which watch would look better on my wrist.

I love all rolex sub except the hulk.

Some people look funny with a green watch. It's a personal thing. Others might look cool in Green

Plus some prefer to stay with conventional black/white for Exp II or some prefer 42mm. Again individual taste

neither , both look out-dated with the date cyclops
get a rolex without the cyclops - eg sub ND, daytona, DSSD, SD

the most 'uncle' look a rolex sports can get is TT with date cyclops - eg gmt2c TT or sub c TT
diamonds will make it worse

go stainless steel without cyclops - it looks more chic

The idea of a cyclop is meant to help uncles with long sightedness, no? Not just that lah. Underwater it helps you to see the date more clearly. Otherwise sometime you forgot which day you dive and which day you are suppose to finish diving, how? Sometimes fishes swimming by will also want to take a look to find out which date is it. There are lots of possibilities. Look good or not is individual preference mah!

I think both are really nice watches. I already have the Explorer 2 Black 40mm, now I really want the Hulk as well to wear for different occassions.

if price is not a concern, then hulk.
i'm actually considering between the hulk, gmt ii c and explorer ii recently.
ended up with explorer ii because of the size and price.
no regrets.
