Thinking of changing bracelet to straps

Hey guys, i just bought a sub ceremic over the weekend. I have been looking at the pictures of fellow members that have changed their bracelets to straps and i am keen to try it out as well.

Can i have some recommendations for shops that sell quality leather straps? I was wondering what tools would i need to change the straps as well as what the size of the straps should be for a sub ceremic. thank you.
