    New and need help from brothers here, a friend of mind is selling off 2 of his collections.Any advice on which to buy? Both at about S$13K.

    1) Daytona half-gold with 8 diamond, black dial.(with cert & box)
    2) Daytona 18K gold with leather, Zenith movement (no cert & box)

    I'd have chosen Option 1 due to:

    a. cert&box;
    b. black dial; and
    c. diamond.

    Gd luck!

        i think option1 will be better unless u want to drain his blood dry due to no box & cert for option 2...

          1) is ok price..

          2) I would get the 18k gold 1 personally...but that 1 got some bargaining to do...if 10k can still consider.

                Me, I'm a bit AR. I'd always go for the one that "smiles" at me but then it must have, at the very least, the cert and box.

                        Hi Sam,

                        if you have intention to get Option 1, i'm interested in Option 2, see if it's possible to bring down the price since it's w/o cert & paper.
                        Hope to hear from you.
                        Cheers

                            Hi Kenny,

                            Let me double check with my pal again but the last conversation we had, prices are fixed. My last offer to him was S$12.5K for option 1 & S$12.9K for option 2, however was turn down....I'm ready at S$13.8K but which? In Dilemma, due to budget if not will take both beauties. My pal advice me to sell off my 68273 or 68278 and take both at the same time.
