Daytona SS or 2 tone GMT2 ???

Frankly I just bought the SS Rolex Daytona. Go with your feel man. Mine is I got 7 years inch after wearing my tag heuer for so long haha. Since you already say you have been eyeing this piece for a long time already... I think that should tell you where ur heart is lol. AND your wife is definitely correct, the design of the triple dial chronograph Daytona is really quite nice. No horse run de. I also like the fact that it is linked to history of car racing lol...definitely no regrets buying Daytona. I think hor your problem now is only to decide whether you want a more bling bling two tone gold Daytona or to settle for a basic SS Daytona haha!!! Either way you also win with this piece haha. If they have a new facelift even better.... It means the older version will discon and definitely shoot up in value and price haha....

i have both black and white dial
if you like classic and dressy look, get the white dial
if you like sporty look, get the black, but be warned the black looks smaller and not as legible (cant spot the hands sometimes)

Bro have you try putting on both the watches? I will advise you put them on before finally decide whats best for you.

In my humble opinion, you should seriously consider the TT daytona.Coz it satisfies both your criteria . It's a real nice piece too and I think the discount on it could be better, in terms of percentage.
If the choice is between the 2 you mention, then daytona SS is my pick.
