I am referring to the explorer 2 40mm 16570. somehow explorer 2 seemed to be more suitable for a daily wear.

Just my 2 cents here - the DJ 36mm actually uses the Rolex 3135 movement, same as that in the trusty Submariner! But somehow, between a 10 years old SS DJ and a 10 years old Explorer, you are likely to get better trade in value for the Explorer.

i would easily go for sub 14060m (cal 3130) until i saw 114270 cal (3130). i don't see why i should or want to pay the extra 1k for the same movement!!

so yes, im aiming that 114270 over the sub nd (2 liner) due to price.

but right now.. i wanna get a decent exp2 16570 white dial , y-series. any lobang?

All rolex watches tell time. Exp 1 tells it simply and elegantly i might add. 36mm still the classic to go for.

Bought the explorer 1 few months back because found a good deal. The simple looks of the watch really do grow on you. Guess that's the special"function" of this piece.
