  • HElp. Rolex Submariner 16613 two tone bracelet markings pls help.

Dear fellow members, I own a rolex sub two tone original but I just read on some sites that on the bracelet model 93253 there are no wordings.... but mine have stamping 93253 on both ends...

I send to RSC to verify but nothing wrong, not too sure if they really check everything.

experts, pls verify if my bracelet is genuine. making me paranoid now to notice stamping of 93253 on both inner ends

hope someone can clarify thank you so much.

Older model bracelet have its number stamp near the end link. Therefore, I believe the center potion of your buckle has no gold rite...

You can try to tally the clasp code on the buckle with the watch series number, check whether it's manufacture around the same year. But do give some allowance like +/- 1year as parts are made in different department before assembling...

I just bought a brand new hulk 116610LV yestersday and I didnt see any marking of band model no and when compared to my older tt hence saw the difference, and reading some sites, some folks says that this 16613's band has no numbers at ends... personally I think clasp codes are useless as those links can be replace easily but detaching from the clasps... its really confusing as I am not really into details of rolexs.

After watching this comparision despite its not tt, I think the right one is real cuz look like mine, but right is fake... I cant understand and from this video comments I read about the clasp. Actually are they both fake or real? I nvm seen a fake sub in life so i really dunno know~

no picture, how to help? i think your bracelet is okay. i have seen 93253 bracelet with bracelet model on both ends before.

check the inside of end links (not the watch) for 3 digit code (701 i think), as well as inner clasp and diving extension. the coronets at all those places should be tall and straight and well defined, with a very small oval bottom.

the coronet on the outer buckle can "look" a little crooked some times depending on age, condition and angle, but should have a nice looking oval bottom nonetheless.

no problems. try to stop worrying.

If bought old preowned, especially from shops, there is a possibly that part like bracelet has been replaced or swapped. Maybe in some cases a replacement that is original but not of correct age is used.

Since RSC has authenticated it, it must be original though could be of different age/version. For this model, it's more important the clasp matches the series, which is the case here.

Thanks for those whom responded and provide useful info. Have check on some folks who are selling sub TT and realise could be anything less than 2002, bands are stamped with nos. Anyway thanks for the warm help.
