  • pricing of GMTii bezel

    hello everyone,

just to check if anyone changed the bezel for GMTii before, can advise pricing?
is it advisable to change or let it be as it dents easily.

    Tks.

I would just let it be. Even after you change it, it would get dents (if you wear it).

          Tks all for the advise,
sounds like a no value trade in deal.

best to just buy a bezel insert of a different colour for variety instead of just a replacement of the same colour.

you can have at least 3 types (red/blue, red/black or black with silver font) for a steel gmt2, and another 3 if you are willing to use yg/two tone inserts (brown/gold, brown or black with gold font).

i have a coke bezel and a black bezel for sale in the garage sub-forum. you can try online dealers or local dealers.

About $100 should be just the bezel insert, not the entire bezel.

I assume you are talking about bezel insert and a non-ceramic one.

I checked with RSC over the phone recently and they told me "$100 plus". If the dent is an eyesore to you and $100 plus would make you happy (and you think you would wear the watch carefully), why not?

Maybe I didn't state clearly, it's the whole bezel that I want to change and it is a Ceremic model.
                      Sorry.

Wow then i say wear until cannot make it already then change as it will cost quite a bit to replace. If really want to know the cost just call RSC.

I thought the ceremic bezel is supposed to be very tough and hard? Didn't know it will spoil with normal usage!

TS is talking about replacing the whole bezel, so I think it is the SS portion of the bezel kena, not the ceramic insert. Anyway ceramic could crack too especially since the insert isn't very thick.
