Sub vs Explorer, there will never be a winner or a loser, each can be either one or the other.

Which is better, in whatever aspect? there will never be a right or wrong answer.

As with many things in life, the best/winner is the one you like best!

If you do travel overseas a fair bit, the Explorer II with its 24 hour hand will be a better choice.

If you want to base on the common public perception of $$ value, then go with the Sub.

If you want something not so common with a clean uncluttered look, then go with Explorer !

But suggest go with your heart, everyday you see it, wear it, ...who cares what the pawnshops say ! :P

                                100% AGREED !!!

I buy to wear it myself . So I bought it without this question.

If buy to sell or pawn just to make money, you must be prepare to pay some lesson fee first.

Even for traders or dealers, they keep hundreds of them. But not every piece can make money.

They take the risk to carried all models, but the fast moving stock is just a few models only.

If you are just buying for one or two pieces, just go for what you likes and wish it will bring you good luck.

If you already owned a few pieces (5 to 10 or more). You should know what you want.

For sure, Rolex is easy to cash-out. I had tried but have no intention to let go, cos don`t need the money now.

Main reason I just simply love it. (16570/bk always)
