Is this GMT ad legit?

I am tempted by this ad. But is this legit? The price is great.

I contacted him before also.! but after a few email exchanges, felt suspicious and gave up the deal totally. He was willing to accept a deposit of 50% to ship the watch. When it is too good to be true it usually is.

Personally, i will only dish out cash after i see the watch.
Especially for Rolex, too many replicas out there, simply not worth the risk for the amt u are paying.
Then again, tats just me.

Yes he promised me that 50% option too! When it's genuine it's a good deal but if not even $100 is not worth it.

Logically, if it is authentic and at that kind of price,watch should have been sold within 24hours.

I am not referring to this seller and his advert but an old simple scam (that still works today) is to offer something for sale way below market price and get interested parties to give a deposit and once they obtain your deposit , they disappear! In some cases, they can say the payment is legit and for some other matter or the item was delivered and the fake you received is not from them.

Anything that involves Western Union or any form of money transfer as part of the deal process has to be treated with extreme CAUTION...

My conversation with him was a good few months ago. I long deleted the email sorry abt that. But one way to test whether he has the watch is to ask him to set a time on the watch that you wish, and snap a pic and send you. Plus take a pic of the serial no matching the cert.
