a simple rotating bezel does the trick too. good for trying to offset different times.
like my watch is set to gmt and synced properly, but my work clocks are like 10mins fast
Bro, your watch is likely magnetised, send to RSC to tune, they have the machine to de-magnetised it. I think is free of charge...

my watch is fine......... all done. it is the clocks at work that is running fast
what i mean is that i use the rotating bezel to show the "correct" time, so that i dont clock in too late/early.

So does it mean future Rolex sports watches will feature the 3186 movements?

3185 or 3186 Movt?
Hi,
May I know how to identify if a GMT Master II Z serial has got a 3185 or a 3186 movement?
Will getting a $107 verified by RSC disclose the movement model to me?
thanks
