    Maybe...

    Hi,

Will there be a possibility that Rolex decided to push forward the discontinuance of SD..

Business decisions mah, is flexible, volatile...can always make changes one

You have to ask AD, the V SD is not displayed. AD will take from back room & show you. Many here, selling their (M series) 6.2k (might lower now) & earlier series way lower.

Many were not bought by collector, The SD was over produced as many rush in for the M series, whereby buying for the value sake & aware their choice is Submariner or Daytona then ended up flipping it.
This flipping stuff will happen again, just wait & see 16610 next.

Some resellers here say Rolex never produced a V series Seadweller. Is this true? I have 1 bought from a local AD, can this be fake??

Yes, there is V series SD. Yours is definitely real if u get it from AD, no worries. I think Rolex won't discreetly announce discontinued models of which series. Neither do they tell which series it starts for new model.

Yes, a few were produced after they said they were discontiuning it.

I had lunch with a very prominent local watch writer and he was wearing one too... got it from an AD as well.
