When did rolex change the GMT Master from the single clasp to the double locking.
Can the single clasp be change to the double type?

-- slight scratches
-- condition about 8.5/10
-- about more than 10 years old, not sure which series?
-- date dial seems yellowish instead of white
-- green sticker is worn off.
Need your kind advise to :
-- is the yellowish date dial normal?
If not, is it expensive to replace a new one?
-- What are the area which I need to take note when inspecting the watch?
-- What would be the reasonable price range as per above description?
Much appreciate to your kind advise.

Folks, i saw a NOS GMT2 16710 Pepsi in Hong Kong today...Shop is VIP Station at 41 Haiphong Rd., TST Kowloon...Price is same as GMT2C about HKD 46,000......
Today is another lucky day for me..... I bought an A series GMT 16700 pepsi with box and papers at a nice price! To add that the gmt is in very good condition.

if in doubt, then dont buy, because no watch is worth the stress of wiring thousands of dollars, only to have something go wrong.

really tempted as they got a couple of M series 16710 for sale.
but to wire a few thousand without even seeing the watch is dangerous

you can try and post a credit check, and see what the responses are like, but as usual, deal at your own risk.
