Anyway, it's a done deal. Lets enjoy it. But before that, I have a question. The BNIB watch i got have 12 full links (is that correct count?). Now with 4 on one side and 6 on the other side, with the 5mm adjustment link extended, it is still slightly tight. but if I add another full link, it become a bit too loose even with the 5mm adjustment retracted. Wonder Rolex have no "half link"? Any suggestion what should be done?

Hello all. As my nick suggest i am a noob and new here. XD
Was thinkin of gettin a brand new gmt master ii half gold. Was quoted about 15k from AD. Is it really worth it? Do you guys think its way over price? Been to some second hand shop, was quoted about 14k which claimed that its brand new. But,how do we actually know if its brand new or lightly worn? Kindly advise.....

For a new TT GMT2c, I think the price they quote me is about 13k+.

Ended up purchase from a 2nd shop at Chinatown for the main reason it is a random AN series and the warranty card shows the AD a Korean Duty free shop which I can find in Korean tourism board. Warranty card is not dated not named too. All stickers are intact - Rolex really have sticker all over the watch Having said that, I pretty sure it is a new watch never been worn - yet I cannot prove it.

One of my colleagues sustained a chip-off on his GMT Master IIc (stainless steel) and I helped him call ROLEX Service Centre (RSC) to enquire. This' something to share with all too.
The price of replacing a new sapphire crystal glass on a GMT Master IIc (116710) at the RSC is around S$350, not including the replacement fee. When I ask how much is the replacement fee, the staff did not want to commit and explained that this would entail a thorough check on the watch and there may be more fees incurred if more 'damages' are found.
In case if anyone wishes to know.

Not mentioning names, but I noticed some sellers here mentioning that G series is latest series hence that puzzled me. From the links found here, G series should be 2010 and from thereinafter its all alphanumeric. Hence may I interpret that it's a NOS?
Thanks.
