    Hulk:
    - From most: "Erm, never seen a green Rolex before. Did you buy it in Bangkok?"
Wahaha what a way to put it. I personally prefer the dssd.

reality is, there are cheaper and better dive watches for diving than the dssd

Hmm.. I'm a diver myself. But to be frank, I won't bring my DSSD (if happens to have one) to dive. Well, afterall, I will choose the Hulk. It suits me better. But however, one man meat is another man poison.

Think I better choose to be that latter one if that is the case. Can ask for better increment to get one from Korea instead from bangkok? Lol

              Hi there

I hv both Hulk and DS, but I luv to wear the DS as an everyday watch even tho its abit heavy.

In order to inject abit more fun, I have actually replaced the bracelets.

Attached are the photos of my Hulk on green croco hornback and my DS on Rubber B.

You can view them in my photo album if you cannot see it here.

              Cheers!!

LOL! On a slightly more serious note, this happened to a friend of mine at his workplace before. He's in the sales line, and got himself a DSSD from the commissions of a sizable deal close. His boss had a bizarre case of "handbag envy", a syndrome usually seen among females when a subordinate wears a bag more expensive than the boss's. Every time he meets with his boss, his boss keeps darting the eyes to my friend's watch. At first my friend thought nothing of it. However, it became apparent his boss started to give him a hard time (e.g., moving lucrative accounts to other sales execs). The situation got so out of hand that my friend had to transfer out to another sector team within company.

The whole thing was just ridiculous. My friend's getting on well now, and still proudly wears his DSSD. It was an interesting lesson on workplace realities, on how a nice watch brings both wanted and sometimes unwanted attention to the wearer.

erm i guess it would be good to hide expensive watches under long sleeves at workplace?

I guess we are all entitled to a little enjoyment in the form of the things we like to wear. So just wear it and enjoy!

Absolutely! What was that cheesy Spiderman movie tagline again? "With Great Power comes Great Responsibility"? So for us, it should read "With Great Watches comes Great Care", care not only in taking care of the watch, care not only in being situation-aware enough not to get mugged/stolen, but care, situation-awareness, and "street-smarts" to deal with all sorts of crazy things that happen around us.

Among all things, I found workplace "handbag envy" to be the only issue we have to deal with in low crime rate Singapore. Enjoy the watch, appreciate the realities of workplace bullsh!t, and deal with it smartly.

                            Singapore is a safe country
You could wear any rolex on the street in the middle of night

Your Hulk with green croco strap is making me green with envy! Lol. I love colour watches.. I have a Daytona yellow mother of pearl on yellow lizard strap. But yours is really cool!

The Deepsea is nice with the rubber strap too : )

Ok. That green croco hornback strap is very unique and nice. Where did you manage to find such a find looking strap to go with the Hulk?
