New bracelet for Rolex sports model, more removable links on both side.

My alpha numeric GMT TT bracelet, 4 fixed links on both side.



My newly bought alpha numeric GMT SS bracelet, 3 fixed links on both side.

Anyone notice the difference in the fixed links on both side for their sports model ?

Since we are talking about links, may I know why pre-owned shops sell some of their sports model without complete links? Maybe they could have bought over from sellers without complete set as well. But they will tell you they are able to add on extra links, if need be, to fit your wrist. Where does the extra links come from then? How do I know that those links authentic as in from Rolex? Can the links from different sports model be interchangeble with each other?

correct me if i am wrong: you can remove fixed links permanently. but adding fixed links i am not sure.

By removing your permanent links resale value will be affected.

cant add fixed links but can buy a new bracelet

I was thinking about the new bracelet design, with 1 more removable link on each side, is it make to accomodate female wrist.
