Usually ad will give 5 to 10% max i guess. But for rolex boutique im not too sure. Or else try getting from chuan watch cos myself just got my blue sub tt from there too. They offering quite attractive prices but overseas ad if u dont mind.

1) the rolex watch will surely be from other countries AD? this is how they achieve the lower price?
2) and the warranty surely will be dated few months back? meaning technically this is a 2nd hand watch?

First the ad will definitely be overseas ad cos they can claim Vat rebate when they get if they get in bulk might be cheaper or else they got from local AD hw they earn. Secondly the warranty is either date few months or is open warranty. Cos some ad is a must to date when purchase. For bnib u can only depends on the sticker intact n observe closely any scratches I guess. Current 116610 is at 11120 for local AD n grey dealer 9600 to 9800. Local ad max discount I think offering 10% cos just grab a sub date at 10k flat.
