Sub , regardless of TT , SS , the crown is bigger than gmt which affects the outlook of the watch on the whole( makes it look abit bigger than gmt). 2 time zone for gmt, maybe i dont use the red needle or green needle that much. 16610lv the figure luminous are so big that in the dark look magnificent. Aesthetically and price wise, very similar.
But i think unless you are a serious diver, I don't think you really need a submariner. Think GMT II makes more sense, functionally.
As for resale value, I am not sure, perhaps some bro out there have more insight on this.
