I guess its something to do with the lugs, crown protector vs bezel numerals size
Not quite the right proportion to bring out the TT, SS looks ok though
Gmt2c looks better in TT and fullgold

Thanks for the tip bro! Will go study the details.... I only noticed the new model has bigger spots which make the dial more cluttered. On pics i cant tell the diff in bezel nemerals size. Crown protector & lugs... i totally missed out!

Thanks bro! On pics i can see the crown protector for the old model extends towards the crown more fully. But the lugs i cant tell from pics comparison. Must go n see real watch to compare liao!

The old 16613 blue dial looks better then the new 116613 blue dial. But the new 116613 black dial looks nicer then the older 16613 black dial. That my opinion

the blue dial really stands out for the 16613 much better than the newer ceramic version imho..saw it a few days ago..and defn caught more than a glance from me..I think its more proportionate too..but I noticed that some models of the 16613 have a full stainless steel clasp while others have a half gold clasp..anyone knows anythg abt this..does anyone also know what is the latest series for the 16613?thanks guys..

Hello fellow forumers, this might have been a discussed to death issue but nonetheless, I seek opinions and experiences that u may have regarding the above. My current rollie is a stainless steel GMT Master 2 and have loved it ever since. Now I am thinkning of getting another Rollie but only the half gold variant of GMT master2 or submariner. WHich should i get? I like gmt cause I travel a lot but dont wanna have two same model and on the other hand I dont dive at all either. Makes sense to have 2 diff models or too much love of a certain model????

i got a SS GMT2 Coke and love the function, wanna get the blue 16613 TT (NonC) as its attractive. but the lack of functions is a little turn off. Am considering a TT 16713 black but color is boring......
design vs function.... first world problems.
