Sometimes it due to bnib "old stock", older series. I suspect Sometimes it actually preown but LNIB, but the shop sell as bnib.

well, I reckon its like buying car from a parallel dealer. all made from the same factory, sold to different country disti that has their own profit margin / cost to factor.
only diff is that rolex has got international warranty.

my alpha numeric 116613ln cost less than that.
the best price i was offered by a bro here via local AD is also 13k+

saw a preown shop asking 13k+ for a used V series 116613ln
local AD retail is sgd16.2k, usual discount is 10%
i can get slightly cheaper for brand new local AD
