GMT serial number year

Hi,

Im a newbie here and just got my first rolex GMT master @ local AD.

I read that new serial number is random, mine is G412xxx. Is it a new 2011 watch or a 2010 production... Need advice.

The AD told me that its a new number but if I read somewhere here in sg roc it seems that its 2010?

One more question, I see green sticker on the back of the GMT. Should I take it off?

Its only small ligt green sticker with no rolex hologram.

Is it normal? Or should it be green sticker with rolex hologram?

Btw, should i take off the green sticker? or leave it there? If i wear the watch swimming or shower, is it ok with the stiker?
Any impact to resale value if no green sticker? I dont have plan to sell in the near future thou
