I think Milgauss is more exclusive as compared to submariner which is very common! I have seen quite alot of people wearing submariner in person. But none for milgauss so far. My personal opinion though!Comment

I would go for Sub LV too. More eye catching and standout but a bit sporty look.
For more dressy or classy look, Milgauss GV is a nice choice.
Again it is just for my point of view.
