Cannot decide new(42mm) or old(40mm) Explorer II

My choice would be a 40mm Explorer 2, no offence but find that the 42mm a little big esp on asian's hands

I can feel the different in weight and size when trying. But when I place my hand far away, I just felt that both look the same. Both are equal solid masterpiece.

Both not worth the money cos the bezel r fixed n u can't turn them. Dun waste money on explorers.

Yes, the fixed bezel is a minus point for the EXP II regardless of size.

I like the size of old Explorer 2 but like the improvements over the new Explorer 2. Utlimately, I picked the old Explorer 2 due to the size and frequent usage due to travel. Cheers.

I'll definitely get the 42mm...bigger is better..
Sometimes, looking at those 44mm of Panerai, IWC, AP make rolex watches that mostly at 40mm losses its appeal....
even ladies nowadays wear big size watches...just my 2cents...

I have the exp2 40mm.. Very solid n good for rough wearing..!
40mm looks great n comfortable on my not so big wrist..
Have not got a chance to try on the 42mm..
If hv extra cash, dun mind adding one more in my drawer..!

Like the new exp2 white dial..!
But white dial visually looks bigger.. Thats my opinion..if tall can consider..

Like some one mentioned.. Get a used exp2 40mm 5k.. Comparing 10k for lastest model..

today saw both white and black explorer 2. seeing them in flesh is really different from seeing photos. i was immediately attracted to the white one. didn't like the hands of the black one. bought the white and the more i look at the dial, the more i love it. seldom has a choice been so obvious
