  • If :
    40mm = $5k
    42mm = $10k

    I will buy 2 x 40mm = 80mm (Black & White one each)
    Black for day, white for night..... Siok !

      • If : 16570 : 40mm = $5,000.00 =) 1mm = $125.00

        If :216570 : 42mm = $10,000.00 =) 1mm = $ 238.00

        Difference is $113/mm

        Can any bros or sises work the weight against the price ? Cos I do not have the weight spect.

          • Sorry, but is the new GMT Master II, 116710 (42mm)?
            I thought its still at 40mm?

            • love the new 3187... at least it is the only model using it right now.. 3186 is still used by GMT Master II... but without the Paraflex it just felt "weaker" (that's why I chose the DeepSea too :P)

              • I believe the GMT Master II, 116710 is 40mm, albeit made to appear larger, much like the Hulk.

                Also the Explorer II 216570 is equipped with 3187 movement. Both the Explorer and GMT II have a rather limited production run of 3186 from late M series onwards, right through to V series, until G-series when GMT IIc (for cherachrome) was launched round about the same time as 216570.

                The GMT II/3186 is quite collectible. See the thread "Fedex Lai Liao" (I think...)

                • I thought the current GMT is still using 3186 based on the website?
                  I must be confused...
