Can GMT 116713 dial fit a 16713 watch?

Hi,
I need help here. My 16713 has spots on the dial. I tried sending the watch to RSC but RSC wanted to change the dial as well as service the watch. I managed to locate a 11613 dial (for the GMT tutone ceramic) and am wondering whether it will fit into my 16713. Appreciate help. Thanks

I approached RSC more than a year ago and was quoted the following because RSC insisted on complete servicing instead of only change of dial:

bezel insert 51.00
servicing 790.00
dial 513.00
case if pitted and not water tight 1,063.00
sapphire glass 138.00
spring below bezel 100.00

Total: 2,655.00
