        sell off the white dial E2 .. then buy back a black dial E2 .. in that your original budget to change dial can be consider as a buffer for the "lost" when sell off, but you gain a newer black dial E2 (well, maybe abt 2 mths newer) or give you a 2nd chance to re-consider other models

          I got a offer for a M series Daytona black dial at $800 , dun have to trade-in my white dial .
          Is this a good deal ?
          Really very tempted to buy , BTW how long and how much to change the dial at shops like top hour or JW ?

                  the reason i ask is that if it is current production aka alphanumeric or v series. RSC (Singapore) is not likely to change white to black.

                  if it is D series, they might change it for you. can't be sure. the cost is about 1k. however, they may not do a change of dial ONLY. they might tell you to send it in for service. if that is the case. good luck.
