My one year old TT GMT the gold centre link is not so shinny as before. It has turn to a bit reddish gold color. Is there Any way i can restore to its shine without polishing.

Need some mild polishing I think.
I will not use cape cod though.
Will try those wet tissue type for jewelry in hardware store.
So far I use on silver, gold. Find it much less abrasive than cape cod.
If u use on SS will take some time to see black black.Audemars Piguet Ball Bell&Ross Cartier IWC Longines Omega Panerai Rolex Sinn Tissot

Wanted to add PP but bo lui

Maybe a batch problem, which series and year u bought ?
For the reddish stains RSC can polish using a cloth for you when under warrnaty... takes < 30 min if no crowd.

I brought both watches to RSC to get it check. I am surprise to hear from them that it is due oxidisation. They clean the bracelet and restore its shine FOC cos it is still under warranty. My question is how did the 18K gold will get oxidised? Although it is not my daily wear watches but I will keep it clean most of the time. Any SS model has this issue?

So far my M series Blue Sub and R series DJ do not have this problem. Maybe like what Bro DM101 have suspected, which is a batch problem.Current Collection :

Only the very old models have gold plated/capped models. Ever since about 20+ to 30 years ago...all gold models are solid 18/14k gold.
