In the situation that there is a new submariner being launched at baselworld 2009,

for those who dont have the Deepsea

which watch would you buy?

The deepsea or the new submariner

I think it is still safe to conclude that the Deepsea will still be the bigger watch.

I dont see the submarine being bigger or has deeper depth then the deepsea

My personal view... I think DSSD is too thick, not very comfortable on my wrist....

Given SUB is a super popular series, unless U dun mind pay high premium, don't think can get at list price when new launched

Maybe even if pay premium, I think the waiting queue will be very very long too...

That one is for sure one.... but wait for a few months or so, you will be able to get it at list or at a discount...

YEP, the GMT2c SS was at premium and then list and now (encomy crisis?) $8500 can get from oversea AD hehehe...

Yr qns is heavily dependent on who is selling it, ie. local/overseas AD? private dealer? other watch shop/dealer? To my knowledge, it shld sell at list price currently. I stand corrected.
