    Submariner or deepsea

These 2 watch look almost exactly the same. Only 1 is bigger a and 1 is smaller. As for water resistAnt, no one will go to 300m, least say 3900m.

And of coz, deep sea much more expensive. If you wear it outside, I think most would think is sub rather than dssd. Except for roles fans.

So what is the rational for getting a dssd instead of sub? Only case size or is that cyclop? I want a dssd, but wife say why spend the extra on something so similar.

      Depends on:
      1) You like bigger watches or you have a bigger wrist
      2) Which design you prefer over the other
      3) $$ that you are willing to spend.

Hope it helps abit in your decision.

I think th size is the key difference and considerations for me. The issue I find with such a big watch is that after getting used to it, the regular rollie sports models will suddenly feel very small. I am having this feeling about my expII now after wearing a 44mm watch for the last 2weeks...

Yes yes, this is how I feel too. 40mm inclusive of bezel look a bit too small after getting used to big watch. Small tiny dial. But then, is like 3mm diff, how 3mm make a diff here.

              Woman won't understand man.

Actually DSSD is different from Submariner. The previous SD and Submariner are more similar. The current DSSD has thicker case, different clasp and without cyclop. It is very different from the new and current Submariner. Try out both models, if you like thick and big watch and if it fits you, get DSSD. But I guess Asian man's wrist is more suitable for Submariner. Moreover, submariner is more affordable and the cyclop is nice. That's Rolex's trademark. Try both and see which one smiles at you.

The size does make alot of difference if you are big watch lover.

When i put Sub on my wrist, no feeling. But when I put DSSD on my wrist... i feel WOW WOW! Hee Hee... big watch siao here. :P

I would choose DSSD... Anytime & Anywhere... Sub is just way too common.. also too many FAKES out there...
CHOOSE DSSD ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE EXTRA CASH & GREEN LIGHT FROM WIFE... I guess... Right? Ha Ha Ha...
                                Enjoy your CHOICE!
