Daytona is a good model, uses 4130 in house movements and 116520 is the only sports model (if I'm not wrong) that commands a premium since it's launched, though the premiums had softened over the last free years. It's beautiful though the current model may be replaced with ceramic bezel in future. Already seen in rose gold case. Nonetheless it's still a great model to get if you can afford.
Price is reasonable as Rolex just increased the prices in June. I think the current retailed price for 116520 is more than $16k, not sure about 116509 (should be at least $42k). With premium it may be selling about $17k. But just 1 comment (no offence to seller); my friend just got a white piece from Macau last month for about $14k. It may be cheap, but the hassle, traveling etc may not suit you. Moreover it may be an empty trip.
Lastly, no worries with warranty. Make sure the warranty card is together with the purchase. You will need to bring it to service center if you send your watch for repair etc within 2 years from date of purchase. And since it's from someone I suggest to send the watch for verification, at least a piece of mind, unless you are able to tell the difference. My 2 cents of opinion. Good luck for your 1st Rolex and welcome to the club!
