    saw a Red Submariner yesterday at a shop in bencoolen.
    as for prices, better that you guys check it out yourself.

                seriously, I find it a bit expensive, if no papers. If it is the same piece I saw, dial is ok, but not exceptional. A fairer price should be around 17k.

                          Actually Red Sub is ard that price... reborn is listing a "good" price if you can get it at $17k (possible) but most dealers are asking higher than that. But I feel if price is above $20k is a bit on the high side....

                            Wow... I didn't know red submariner's market value is so high... Maybe i should trade my SS daytona for it as i like it alot! Any opinions from the gurus here?

                              I got one Red Subie have been using it since 1973 till to day, serial # 3.4.......million, Acrylic...sent to ROC for a major servicing sometime ago,
                              ROC changed new dial and mins/ hour arms, cleaned my dial, original, have certificate to prove it authencity, box may lost in transit during house removal. Certificate kept in Bank safe...wow! huat ah!! $24k can get?
