I think it is ok. Some or most of those watches produced during those years under the 'A' series (1998-99) comes with the 'SWISS' dial. I am not too sure if there were any with the 'SWISS MADE' dial though. There are some members here who may be able to shed light on this.
I have an 'A' series with a Swiss Made dial. I suppose its when they used the dial to indicate the transition from Luminova to Super Luminova on the markers, which happened between 1998-2000, in which the A series was produced.
