You should check out the Only watch Auction results, more then a 1/4 didn't hit the wish price. I think the luxury market has weaken there. And Asia seems to be getting more stock. If you have been down to the ADs recently, the ADs shelves seems to be well stocked esp with the more expensive popular models, and more so after this round of price increase.

u got a point there too.
but as compared to cars with watches,i think the latter seems to be a better option as they dont depreciate as much as cars do provided if u get the right models and etc.
Not to forget currency rates also play a big part.
due to the strength in CHF,many exporters are really struggling with the prices of Rolex now too.

Locally i think the best price so far is 10,900 brand new set from non AD.
Other watches galleries are still selling at a premium of up to 14,000.

I can get it at below 10,900 though if anyone's interested.

Not to mention for ADs,their price is much higher.

The latest I checked was SGD12,600 in the Changi Airport. No discount. Problem is they don't have any stock.In fact hard to get any for now, Went to london one of the AD says some will be coming during the xmas time.
