The cost of Rolexs over here in Australia are pretty high overall though.Popular models like the GMT Master 2 C, submariner C in black/green are around +/- A$ 500 of the A$10 K mark.I've travelled extensively and do check out the prices in various countries all over the world. I find that currently the best value is in Germany due to extensive options for dials/ models, availability, newest series and high VAT refund. Usually I buy from Bucherer or Wempe.

when did you check with the two ADs in perth? last i was there (about 6wks ago), no display at either ADs. maybe new stock in, or i missed it cos i was there to try out the WG daytona

Well I work as a metallurgist ( engineer for the mining industry) in W.A my base is in Perth but I fly in and out all through regional W.A and also travel abroad frequently for holidays .Checked out both AD's around the time rosendorffs had the baselworld collection exhibition so it might be about a month ago.You know your cars pretty well. Its an E92 but will most likely change it soon as the lease is about to expire.
