  • GMT IIc (new case/bracelet) vs Sub (old case/bracelet) Weight

It always feels much heavier when wearing the GMT IIc than Sub on wrist.
I thought it shouldn't be too far apart. So I whip out the scale...

It weight difference is not really that great.
I wonder it is the design, balance, my scale spoil, or just ME?

      Say $9000/150gm = $60/gm

      Cost its weight in Gold!

Maybe its the weight distribution. Old sub, weight focused on case, case rest on wrist. GMT2C, bracelet weight dangles from wrist, add specific gravity, feels heavier despite only 100+ grams. ;-)

U know, u might be right, coz on your wrist, even 10g would make a difference, coz the human body is very delicate and sensitive.

                Thanks for the x2 John.
Made this assumption when trying out the explorer 2 and gmt2c at an AD.

                  Typo......should be 10+ grams, not 100+ grams.

The wider lug makes it heavier>?
