Blue TT submariner Z series 16613

Hi folks, just wanna get some opinions and experience here.

Is it a fair price to buy the blue sub TT with no pinhole so I assume it's a z series with papers at $8000?

I quite new at this so just need some opinions from senior members.

A few of my friends said that for around 7.8k I can get z serie with no paper. Those very old blue TT sub go around 6+k and those with pinhole go ard 7.3k.

What price u think I should counter offer? I was thinking 7.9k....? I offered 7.8k but he don't wanna sell.

Is the watch in good condition? What comes along with the watch other than the paper? Depends on this factors, then it can be justify at that price. You can consider a counter offer of 7.9k if the watch is in mint condition and comes with full set. Just my 2cents.

It's in mint condition, the blue is nice hue, seen some rather dull ones, papers there but no box. Actually the shop offered me nett 7950. I asked for 7800 but they refused so I walked. Koh bros have one same year but no paper going for lowest 7800.

Alternatively, if you want to buy from the shop, you can request for the box, red tag, green tag and etc. All depend on your bargain, maybe you ask for 7.9k with all other items to make a complete set? Good luck.

I have just made the decision and got the watch. Got them to throw in a brand new box with a slight top up.

Btw, it's not Z series but a F series produced in 2004 but bought in 2006.
Nevertheless it's a good example and I'm happy with my purchase so I'll just enjoy it!
