After owning this Kermit for about a week, these are some conclusions that I have drawn:

    - Although the 16610 and the 16610LV are identical in functionality, the green bezel and the maxi dial do make both subs look different

    - I was initially thinking of selling the 16610 after getting the 16610LV but that "little and subtle" differences have make me change my mind and keep both

    - This can be compared to people owning both the black bezel GMT Master II and the black/red or blue/red bezel GMT Master II

    - the black 16610 is still a classic but the 16610LV is refreshing

This is just my 2cents worth. If you think I am talking nonsense , please pardon me.

Pls dun get angry abt wat I'm to say cos its very individual preference. I do nt see te need to own watches tat r similar/close to similar in looks n designs. Diff color same model, yes. But nt so similar. Example would be between a SS Sub w/date n SD. Does one need to own both? Think urs is ok.

              Jus share. No offence pl.

No Sir!!! No offence at all.
Actually I was amazed by your initial response of "Pardoned". Very humorous and no offence at all.

I agree with you, to each his own and beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.

FYI, I actually sent my 16610 to a seller for selling. Then lost sleep that night and went to get it back.

Some people even questioned the need for a second watch as all watches are the same (to tell time!!).

Hi, I think it is called Kermit as Kermit the Frog is also GREEN in colour.

                        Thank you sir!

I was thinking of adding some colours to the current collection but now the GMT Master II black/red dial is asking for rocket high price.

Looking forward to another "accidentally" purchase.
